This is one of my favorite recipes using our jelly!
Cappadona Ranch Mesquite Bean Ingredients 4 chicken cutlets - cut into bite size pieces 3/4 c panko bread crumbs 1/2 c flour 3 eggs mixed 3 tbs water Season All corn oil - for frying 1 Jar Cappadona Ranch Mesquite Bean Jelly with or w/out Chilli Pequin In a shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs and season all. In a shallow dish, add flour In a shallow dish, add eggs and water Dredge chicken pieces in flour, egg then the bread crumb mixture. Heat oil in a large non stick skillet. Just enough oil to pan fry all the chicken. Fry chicken pieces in batches til browned on both sides! Remove from pan and set aside. When all the pieces are browned, drain remaining oil from skillet. In the same pan add 1 jar of Cappadona Ranch Mesquite bean jelly with or w/out Chilli Pequin until warm. Return all the browned chicken pieces to the skillet and mix. Top with peas. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over white rice. Jelly w/ Chillie Pequin TSO Chicken (General Chow)
