Cappadona Ranch Mesquite Bean Jelly is created in Linn, Texas located in Northern Hidalgo County. We are in deep South Texas approximately 45 Miles North of the border of Mexico. My name is Victoria Barrera Cappadona and I am married to Justin Cappadona. Together we have three boys under 13, Cayetano, Federico and Vicente. These boys have helped the past several years pick mesquite beans for my jelly.
